Terms of Service

As the artist, I:

- Maintain the right to post my work in any form.

- Maintain the right to post commission work on social media for advertising. You may request for me not to do so, and I will comply.

- Maintain the right to refuse any commission!

As the client, you:

- May NOT use this commission for profit without discussing with me.

- MAY print any artwork or download any music made for personal use.

- MAY edit the piece in any way or use/edit created svp/ust files.

- Must credit me when posting my work on any social media.

- May request edits to any piece. Small edits I will do, larger edits (especially later in the process) may require additional cost.

Existing art use:

- Please do not use art that is specified as a commission for someone else!

- Do NOT repost my art (even with credit, please) or claim it as your own work.

- Do NOT use my art for profit without discussing with me.

- Feel free to use my other art as a profile picture/banner/other thing like that.

- Feel free to use my art/picrews for personal use (printing, making stickers, etc)

- If you would like to use my art somewhere where a lot of people will be seeing it (YouTube video, Discord emoji in a big server, etc) please contact me first!
